We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being relatively close to the airport and the beautiful Klabat mountain. The hotel's proximity to the Manado shopping malls and city center made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant and the cozy bar/lounge area. The staff at the reception desk were always there to assist us with any queries or requests. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus for us as well. this hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and tranquil environment with ample parking space. Some rooms provide a partial view of a nearby mountain. the swimming pool is great, and a complimentary breakfast is served.

The rooms are somewhat dated and could benefit from renovations.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and it was very noisy due to music from the nightclub and pool.

Great breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes to choose from. the rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the city and the nearby mountains. the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and saved us a lot of time.

The room was not well-maintained, with stains on the carpet and walls. the bathroom had a musty odor and there was no hand soap or shampoo provided.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and even packed my breakfast in a box when I had to check out early. The room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the balcony with a great view. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary karaoke vouchers for two hours.

For us it was ideal.
